On Saturday, 14 March the International Student Union of Szeged organised the traditionally cultural evening. The motto of the event by Pablo Casals was: „The love of one's country is a splendid thing. But why should love stop at the border?”

Starting at 6 p. m. at SZTE TIK the event provided a show prepared by the students including various dance and music performances, food to sample from over 20 different countries and workshops too. The ICE is one of the most important social events for the foreign students of the University of Szeged, where one can admire the diversity of languages, traditional costumes, colours and tastes. More than 1000 people, students and their friends enjoyed the unique cultural experience. Embassies of several countries were also present, providing information on their homeland.
