Dear Students,

As most of you already know, It is highly recommended by the dental professionals to have a regular dental check up and dental calculusremoval twice a year. Since you are spending most of the year in Szeged, The Department of Periodontology of Faculty of Dentistry, University of Szeged is offering you an opportunity for dental check up and treatments.

These treatments are mostly free for the International students of the Uniersity of Szeged and are carried out byresident Doctors and students under tight professional supervision in the Dental Department.

Treatments offered by Department of Periodontology include:

· Calculus removal

· Treatment of bleeding gum

· Treatment of halitosis (bad breath)

· Treatment of recession of gingiva

· Treatment of tooth mobility

· Replacing of missing tooth with dental implants.

Students interested can visit the faculty information desk with their ID and insurance cards for registeration. Later on they will have a brief examination by a dentist and from there will be guided to corresponding department.
